Earnings are deposited weekly every Tuesday for the previous week (Monday-Sunday). You can also cash out instantly for a small fee using the Instant Pay feature.
What should I do if a passenger leaves something in my car?
Contact support immediately through the app or call our lost items hotline. We'll help connect you with the passenger to arrange return. You may be eligible for a return fee.
How can I improve my driver rating?
Keep your vehicle clean, arrive on time, be friendly and professional, follow GPS directions, and provide amenities like phone chargers or water when possible.
